Montana State University:
Satellite name: Explorer-1[PRIME]
Downlink Freq: 437.505 MHz
Modulation Scheme: Non-Coherent FSK/LSB
Baud Rate: 1200
Beacon type and period: AX.25 packet every 15 seconds
